Are your Agapanthus ready for winter?

20131030-212901.jpgAs Frost is forecast it’s time to make sure that evergreen Agapanthus are undercover to avoid damage to their foliage.

Agapanthus make their flower buds for next summer at this time of year, so to ensure maximum number of flowers make sure that plants do not get frosted. Ensure fleece is on hand and heaters are serviced and ready for operation. Try to avoid watering foliage prior to a frosty night.
