Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Administrator.  The role will provide support for the Sales Manager in all aspects of order processing, stock control, planning and marketing, import/export procedures.

You have:
Administration experience
A thorough knowledge of Office
Enjoy problem solving
Customer service experience
Are willing to play a hands-on role in a small team

Fairweather’s produce young plants for wholesale customers across Europe so some plant knowledge or a willingness to learn would be desirable.

Fairweather’s Wholesale Nursery – Nursery workers required

We are seeking nursery workers to carry out a wide range of nursery jobs. Applicants must be physically fit, active and happy to work in all weather conditions. Driving licence and own vehicle required due to sites location. Must be happy to work as part of a team as well as on their own.

Flexibility is key to the applicant’s success; minimum working hours will be 40 hours a week with overtime required at peak times due to the nature of the business.

Position is available from the end of February and will run until the end of September.

At our Garden Centre we have the following position available:

Garden Centre – Goods In/Out Supervisor

This vital role will assist in managing the efficient flow of stock into store, whilst ensuring that the storage buildings and yard are kept tidy
Duties to include:

• Responsibility for seeing in all incoming and outgoing goods to the Garden Centre
• Keeping the yard and stores tidy, responsible for waste management and recycling
• Safely storing stock away and maintaining stock records
• Bringing stock from the yard to the Garden Centre and transferring stock from off site
• Making deliveries to customers and organising the delivery schedule
• Serving customers and picking orders
• Helping to carry out essential maintenance
• Supporting the team building new displays

Would suit someone from a retail warehouse background. Full driving licence essential and experience of driving vans or lorries, forklift experience advantageous but training provided for the right candidate.

Ability to work well in a team environment and support staff in the garden centre with other duties where necessary.
